Who is eligible?
This Quotation represents Supplier’s binding offer to:
- National Research and Education Networks (hereinafter: the “NREN” respectively “NRENs”), a specialised internet service provider dedicated to supporting the needs of the research and education communities within a country as described at: http://www.geant.org/About/NRENs/Pages/NREN_Compendium.aspx for their own use, or for the use of Institutions (as defined below);
- The connected institutions having a (joint) ownership of or contractual relationship with the respective NREN (hereinafter: the “Institutions”);
- The GÉANT organisation for their own use (hereinafter: “GÉANT”; GÉANT, NRENs and/or Institutions each and collectively hereinafter: an “Institutional Customers”); and
- The individual users from (i),(ii), and (iii) that are using service for their own needs who simply qualify by using their own eduGAIN account (hereinafter: the “Individuals”).
