Researchers at Oxford Brookes University’s Department of Biological and Medical Sciences are researching how animals can regenerate parts of their bodies after injury. In order to implement their research techniques, the team generates extremely large digital files of single-cell sequencing data and the required information needs to be extracted. Thanks to OCRE’s cloud vouchers, the researchers are able to perform a series of computational steps that extract the information they need from the large files.
